1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://floorviewai.com or downloading and using the FloorView AI: Floor Visualizer & Cost Studio mobile application (Package ID: com.floorviewai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use the App & Web Studio

FloorView AI Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FloorView AI mobile app and website for personal home improvement planning or professional interior design and contractor presentations. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our cloud AI rendering endpoints.

3. AI Floor Visualization & Color Accuracy Disclaimer

FloorView AI uses advanced computer vision and Physically Based Rendering (PBR) textures to simulate how hardwood, tile, stone, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and carpet materials appear in a room. However:

Screen calibration, ambient room lighting, and natural wood/stone lot variations mean physical flooring samples may differ slightly from digital renders.
We strongly recommend ordering physical manufacturer samples and inspecting them in your room before purchasing full flooring quantities.

4. 30-Second Flooring Cost Calculator Disclaimer

Our built-in Room Cost Estimator calculates material ranges, professional installation labor, and a standard 10% cutting waste buffer based on 2026 national retail and contractor averages. These figures are planning estimates only and do not constitute a binding contractor bid. Subfloor leveling, moisture barriers, baseboard removal, and regional labor rates should always be verified on-site by a licensed flooring installer.

5. User-Uploaded Room Photos

You retain full ownership of any room photos you capture or upload in the FloorView AI app. By submitting a photo for AI visualization, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and grant FloorView AI a temporary, limited license solely to process the image and return your rendered floor preview.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloorView AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from material orders, square-footage measurements, or installation decisions made using the Services.
