User Data & Account Deletion Policy
FloorView AI (com.floorviewai.app) stores your saved room renders and project estimates locally on your device. You can permanently delete 100% of your local app data at any time by clearing app storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
1. How to Delete Saved Projects & Room Photos Immediately on Your Device
- Open the FloorView AI app on your Android phone or tablet.
- Navigate to the Saved tab and tap the delete icon on any saved room visualization, OR
- Open your device's Settings → Apps → FloorView AI → Storage & Cache → Clear Storage. This immediately erases all locally stored room renders, favorite materials, and preferences.
2. How to Request Server-Side Log or Support Data Deletion
Room photos sent to our AI visualization engine are processed ephemerally and are not permanently stored in a user profile database. However, if you have contacted our support team or wish to request complete erasure of any diagnostic logs or support records associated with your device or email address, you may submit a request below:
